An online donation campaign for 2014 Giving Tuesday which distributed images to several social media outlets, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.  The project was conceived by the Marketing Team at givelight.org.

Consultation and input was contracted by Summer Stickney at serif.cz to: customize the javascript for portfolio image galleries; move away from a mobile/javascript redirect to responsive CSS using media queries.

iOS App Startup

Technical and design consultation for an iOS app in stealth mode, the project included a thorough review for quality assurance and debugging, UI/UX modifications for a more intuitive interface, graphic design for icons and other UI assets, and recommendations for app release and short/long-term product strategies.

A small e-commerce site built with a third-party theme and plugins to minimize schedule and budget, with WordPress consultation support sub-contracted as needed by the designer at serif.cz.

Postcards App

The Postcards app is a small software start-up designed to help families connect to the seniors in their lives with unintimidating and easy-to-use technology.  It features both a sender and recipient app for mobile devices, with a special emphasis on simple, self-explanatory delivery of media.

Role: I worked with the owners to design and develop their tutorials section online. This included sourcing and producing supporting assets (like visual images for each step), as well as copywriting the instructions and developing a strategy for easy presentation on the website.

Glamping Getaway

A new glamorous camping directory website built from the domain up. The site was designed starting with a simple purchased wordpress theme that was then highly customized for both front and backend functionality and presentation, including unique administrative roles, custom wordpress terms, and an overhaul on the content’s appearance.

Custom LMS System

A custom Learning Management System (LMS) for corporate training clients, designed to enhance the learning experience for large-scale departmental employees. The system was built and designed by an off-shore team with Joomla and Flex, with an administration panel for dynamic content management.

Role: Technical consultant for compatibility and UI/UX design. Developed an enhanced user experience via front-end structural, layout, and asset modifications. Managed off-shore team for technical specifications. And programmed a bridge between the Flex player and Flash animated content.

BarTab Keepr LITE

An LITE version of my iOS utility app that adds notifications and location-aware alerts to drinking out on the town at bars and clubs, enabling users to keep track of their running total and the number of drinks on an open tab.
